Why is the Progress bar not moving?
This may be due to several reasons.
First, on the Menu bar click Commands > View Live Web Report. This will provide you with a graphical representation of all processes currently running. Now, look at the Progress and Status columns.
1. Progress: If you see numbers other than 0, the drive is processing. Note if you see a 0 or the field is blank.
2. Status: There are three (3) statuses with associated colors:
- Green (PASS): The drive has been eradicated successfully.
- Blue (PROCESSING): The drive is currently being eradicated.
- Red (FAIL): The drive has failed eradication.
If you see anything different or you observe that the server is not operating, GUI is unresponsive, etc., refer to the User Manual for next steps or a workaround. Then, contact Field Support by submitting a ticket.
