I don’t see any drives – what do I do now?

1. Refresh the GUI by pressing the Ctrl and R keys at the same time.

2. Check your drive connections.

3. Open a Terminal window and execute an sg_map command by typing sudo sg_map -i.

4. Power-cycle the drives.

5. Power-cycle the disk shelf/shelves (please note that depending on the system this could take a few minutes or a few hours).
